Meet the Staff 

Owner Kimberley Cook has been an occupational therapist for 29 years and has extensive experience in many areas of OT.  Kim is trained in Dynamic Listening, one of a few clinicians in the Northeast.  She offers her expertise in helping children and their families advocate for their needs. Kim lives with her husband and her beloved Frenchie, Fletcher in Maine.

Our Staff

Alexis Sciuto, M.S., CCC-SLP, joined our Speech Therapy team in July 2013.  Alexis works full time in the Haverhill Public School system and at Angel Care on a part-time basis.  Alexis has experience in working with children with various diagnoses. She specializes in receptive and expressive language disorders, articulation delays/disorders, and social skills in elementary and middle school age children. She lives in Merrimack with her husband.

Tracy Palumbo, OTR/L, Tracy comes to Angel Care Kids with 25 years of OT experience, joining  our team in June of 2015. She currently works full time in the public school system and works part time at Angel Care. She specializes with elementary and middle school children on the spectrum . Tracy lives in Haverhill with her husband and (2) children.  

April Leydon, M.A. SLPA joined Angel Care in October of 2017. She has been a SLPA for 7 years until she went back to get her Masters in Special Education, but still keeps her SLPA license active. She currently works full time in the Triton Regional School District as a Special Education ASD classroom teacher. She specializes with working with children with language and social needs as well as those who are AAC users. April is glad that she is able to teach during the day and provide speech therapy services after school. She is married with 2 dogs. April has been home on maternity enjoying her first child who was born March 2020.

Fran Boland, M.S., CCC-SLP is a nationally certified speech pathologist who brings more than 25 years of clinical and educational experience to Angel Care. Fran is a graduate of Boston College and holds a Master of Science degree in Communication Disorders from Emerson College, Boston. Her special interests include diagnostic assessment, apraxia, phonological disorders, auditory processing, and social and behavioral deficits. In the summertime she enjoys spending time on Cape Cod with her family.

Kathryn Herron, SLP. has been part of our staff for the last five years working as an SLPA. She  graduated from UNH in 2020 with her Masters degree and is currently finishing up her CF year in the Haverhill Public Schools.She brings many new ideas to our speech program.

Tracey Pepin, MS, OTR/L joined our staff September 2020 and has many years of experience working in private practice. She also lends a hand with supervising our team of COTA's. She lives in Plaistow with her husband and one year old daughter.

Holly Walker, COTA/L joined Angel Care in late fall of 2020. She has been a COTA for 30 years bringing a variety of experience to our team. She lives in Seabrook with her husband and two sons. 

Tara Legrow, COTA/L has experience working in Massachusetts Public schools and holds a Masters of Education in Assistive Technology. Tara is our go to person when it comes to our clients assistive needs. She lives with her husband and 3 children in Newburyport Massachusetts. 

Lauren Saindon, COTA/L, has worked in many different areas of Angel Care since she was 16 but officially joined the professional staff in 2014 as a COTA/L. She works for Lawrence Public schools full time and has increased knowledge in self regulation and sensory processing management. She resides in Danville, New Hampshire with her husband, her dog and her cat. She is expecting her first child in September 2021.

Roxette Caba, MA, CCC-SLP joined Angel Care as a part time in October 2020 as a Speech Language Pathologist and became full time with us in March 2021. She has a Masters of Arts in Speech Language Pathology and is fluent in both Spanish and English. Roxette brings with her an expansive working background in EI. 

Mikayla White, COTA/L joined Angel Care in February 2021 and has extensive experience working with children with developmental delays and special education. She currently resides in Salem, New Hampshire.

Support Staff

Mindy Barbrick is our Executive Director. She holds a business degree and manages the office and support staff. She has been with our staff for 14 years holding many of the administrative positions. Mindy lives in Haverhill with her husband and their two daughters.

Sherry DiPrima is our Referral/Patient liaison Coordinator.  She handles all referrals, authorizations, and new clients coming in.  She lives in Methuen with her husband Jeff, son Jakob, and two dogs Cowboy and Sophia.

Kelleyann Montpetit is our Receptionist/Technical Assistant. She joined in December 2020 and has a BA in Graphic Design and Printmaking from Mary Baldwin College in Virginia. She lives in downtown Haverhill with her husband.  

Ashley Cook is one of our rehab assistant . She has been coming to Angel Care Kids since she was little with her Aunt.  She will be attending the University of Tampa in the fall of 2021 to study Nursing Oncology. 

Elle Palumbo joined us in June 2020 as a part-time rehab assistant and is a Junior at Haverhill High School. She lives at home with her parents and her sister. Elle is a avid dancer in her spare time. Elle is looking forward to a normal senior year in high school. 

Julia Herron is one of our office support staff when she is home from college. Currently she attends Xavier College in Indiana. Julia has worked for several years at Angel Care helping out the office and therapy staff.
